What if my item doesn't fit?
If you find that the item you ordered doesn't fit, just get back in touch. Once I receive the item back (it does need to be in the same condition as when you received it) I will send you out a new item in the correct size.
Can I collect my order from your shop?
If you have placed an order and would prefer to collect it rather than have it shipped to you - that is possible. Just chose the collect option at shipping and I will contact you when it is ready for collection. Trevo Equestrian are open Monday to Friday only.
How long does it take for my order to arrive
Assuming all items in your order are in stock, it will be sent to you within 1-2 business days (although I do try to get them sent same day if I can). If any items are out of stock, then I will contact you and ask if you want your order sent as one shipment or split shipments. If you decided to split the shipment, you will only be charged shipping for the first delivery and Trevo Equestrian will pay for any subsequent shipments.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed up ready for the courier to collect, you will receive an email from Trevo Equestrian with the carrier and the tracking details. If you encounter any problems, please get in touch and I will chase it up from this end.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, Afterpay, online banking or cash.
Pick up vs shipping?
You can choose to pick up your order from the shop at 1 Whakatiki Street, Upper Hutt (please check our opening hours/days) or we can ship to you at your nominated delivery address
